1000000% YES!!!!! I read a quote by Sri Aurobindo that went something along the lines of: spiritual and empathic people have an OBLIGATION to become as rich as they possibly can, because "money power" flows too easily into the wrong hands (ie. people who only think about money, and are not selfless or empathetic enough to use it for the greater good)
