I think I need a bit more clarification about your question! The Buddha did enter meditative absorption in which he had meta-cognitive abilities such as extremely detailed remembering of the subtle mental continuum (not “magic,” they’ve scientifically corroborated this possibility in the U.S. with meditation done by Tibetans and Swami Rama) and of course that chain of causation ended in the result of Buddhahood, which he felt fully, which is why he taught such ethics in the first place.
