No “group” is best prepared, only individuals with inner development that can get past their cultural conditioning. We are born in places and communities depending on the tendencies deposited in our continuum of awareness, resonating with certain others. A soul can “choose” only when it’s at a high level, otherwise it’s really sort of a lottery if you ask me. But this is just my understanding, I suggest you seek answers for yourself too!
