What a wholesome message! I'm also a HSP and an empath, though I'm still grappling with how to fine tune myself enough to embody my fullest potential. I find myself very often scrolling through the tweets of @KNeferhetep and @Maryamhasnaa in order to get tidbits of guidance that I can't seem to find anywhere else. I'd suggest finding the modern day mystics, they are certainly among us!
